All orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched that day.

Any order placed on our website between 11th October 2024 and December 31st 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025*

Orders can be placed to an address other than the billing address and all orders are sent without any pricing information inside.

Click and collect from our Herefordshire warehouse
(HR6 0LX) of your item for pre-Christmas collection - order before 9am 24th
December to collect between 9.30am and 11am the same day.
