Standard delivery is for delivery the next working day.
All orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched that day.
All delivery methods are fully tracked.

Any order placed on our website between 11th October 2024 and December 31st 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025*
Orders can be placed to an address other than the billing address and all orders are sent without any pricing information inside.

For Delivery of your item in time for Christmas order before 3pm Sunday the 22nd of December.
We always advise placing your order as soon as possible to help avoid disapointment.
Click and collect from our Herefordshire warehouse (HR6 0LX) of your item for pre-Christmas collection - order before 9am 24th December to collect bwtween 9.30am and 11am the same day.
